Mat Pilates

Beachport Physiotherapy is offering Mat Pilates at the Beachport Institute on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm during the school term. Term passes are preferred to secure your position in the class each week, however but casual attendance is also welcomed where class numbers allow.

How to book:

To book casually, you must have completed our Mat Pilates Screening Form. Contact Beachport Physiotherapy to have this emailed to you. You will also need your unique online booking code to book.

Bookings can then be made and cancelled via the button below:

Class cost:

  • $23 per class (inc GST)

  • If you book for the term, receive your 8th class free

What to bring:

  • Your own mat

  • Drink bottle

  • Any medication you are likely to need (e.g. asthma puffer)
